Bruce is the absolute best when it comes to insurance. He actually wants to protect you and will offer everything he can to make the policy fit your life. Unfortunately, I had a horrific crash awhile back but I never needed to worry about finances because I knew I was covered. No question about it, if you want the best coverage just go talk to him.

Went in to pay a bill for my dad and while I was there, I wanted to get a quote. Paul was able to run my info and gave a lower quote than my current insurance and told me this will not affect anyone elses policy in the household but it will be better because we can all get household discounts. Of course, I decided to switch to Farmers.

Apparently, the rest of the households policy went up ~$75 which they were not happy about. When I asked, I was told it was some sort of statewide fee. But other members of the household called the 800# and was told it was because I was added on to the policy.

This of course did not make sense so I decided to not go with the policy. They needed me to come into the office to cancel it and offered a $5 starbucks gifts card and $90 less on one of the policys but I declined.

I was told by the 800# to fax in a written statement that I want to cancel, which I did.

About 2 weeks later, my account was charged for the entire month. I called the 800# and they see my cancellation request but was unsure why it was not done and can not figure out my refund and will call me back in x-days.

bottom line ....
-very unhappy with the service here and just awaiting my refund-

i went in to look for some insurance for my classic truck, and as soon as i walked in i was greeted by everyone. i thought it was going to take a while to get a quote, but it only a little bit of time. i recommend this place!!
