If you want your experience too be absolutely “S-tier” you will want to deal with Jaden. He kept his word on everything we had talked about while I was dealing with a family emergency. Got me the absolute best rate I had ever been quoted to date. Everything was fast straight and too the point. Best experience I’d ever had with an insurance company. Abby in the front office is a real gem. I came in with a question about my policy right before close and I was flustered. I realized I wasn't even in my actual agent's office lol but even so, Abby was friendly, courteous, efficient and solved my problem at 15 min until close. She deserves recognition and I will continue my coverage with SF because of her customer service proficiency. Way to go

Cohyn was very helpful and friendly. He was knowledgeable as wel. Was shopping insurance and found the best price was with State Farm. Not only that, but adding my 23 yo son only added a small amount more. Additionally, their renters insurance was extremely affordable. 😊
