In August of 2021, my basement flooded due to the heavy rains we received. I was extremely thankful when I called my agent, Mindy, and discovered I was covered. My mother was not so lucky. My mother is still working on the repairs in her basement. While I was sitting back, watching the repairs in my house be completed. If I could rate Mindy Nielsen a 10 I would!!! A hundred even!! I called panicked at 8:15 am because I had raw sewage backing in in my finished basement, I had no idea what to do! She connected me immediately with a restoration company and then personally came to my house and literally held my hand through this disaster. She helped file my claim, took photos, was a shoulder to cry on and even sacrificed the cutest wedge shoes 😞
