've traditionally used one of those fancy insurance brokers but decided this go around to switch things up. I'm glad I did. Sam identified many deficiencies in my now former policy and took the time to explain each line item to me. She worked with me to get me a policy I was really comfortable with. Sam spoke to me like a human not just a commission and really made me feel comfortable switching to state farm. I know state farm has gotten a lot of flak recently but if they continue to employ people like Sam, I'm sure the company would be unrivaled. I'm truly grateful for all her help. Selena was very helpful after I ran into an issue online and needed some assistance. IMO insurance companies show their true colors once you need to make a claim, so I’ll update this in the future if needed, but so far very easy to work with
