I'm very happy to say that I'm into my second year now at DiabloPines7. I see many improvements, which were needed being implemented by Viviana our property manager and Marvin our maintenance technician. They have a genuine interest in our concerns and taking care of what needs to be done. I love the atmosphere here with the beautiful trees and huge variety of birds. Also, this is a really great location. Minutes from access to freeway and a lovely shopping center across from us. Also... pet friendly !!!

Ladera truly feels like home! Marvin is always on top of maintenance, and Viviana has been incredibly helpful and kind, making everything so easy for us. I love the community events too—I even won a gift card for the best pumpkin! The sense of community and how well everything is managed here really make it special.

WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY! If you want fire hazards addressed and your deposit back on time when you move out DON'T move into Camino Verde or any property they manage! Took 30 days to send the deposit check back after move out inspection and they kept saying it was sent out 2 weeks ago... well would you look at that it was post marked 2 days ago.. not 2 weeks ago. I don't think they meant to lie I think they are just so incompetent that the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Whether you email, text, send a letter, doesn't matter you won't get a response might as well talk to the wall...that has exposed wires hanging out for 4 months!

They claim to manage our park, but the weeds have taken over the entire park and they really don't seem to care. No one is ever here to maintain common areas!! Terrible company!!! The people they hire are lazy!!

They have just taken over our mobile home park in Upland Meadows and they are ruthless and have no empathy with people at this time of pandemic going on when I can’t get any labor they are writing us up for everything and threatening to use their own very expensive labor if we don’t clean up..
I hope they go to hell ?..
Will move from here soon it’s way pricey and overrated to pay 1150 for space rent.

Claims to be promoting their real state and have availability yet do not answer any concerns at all and all their numbers are the same. seems like a scam.
