Called for a basic quote range for what it would cost to file through them and the lady said she couldn't say. She literally would not give me a range of cost for their services. I found this ridiculous as I'm not going to agree to a fee without knowing the amount first. Very sketchy and most definitely made me not want to do business with them. The lady was rude and belittled me opposed to just giving me, the perspective customer, an idea of what their services cost.
