Deserves a NEGATIVE 10 review. Ed Rosenberg scammed me out of $3M by selling me private investments where he received a handsome commission and I LOST EVERY SINGLE PENNY. Because of Ed my ENTIRE inheritance was lost from him taking advantage of me and my money. Had I never met him my net worth would be at least tenfold of what it is today. After Ed screwed me out of all my money, I scrimped and saved every last penny I had left after being scammed by Ed and his son/thief David (Ed was managing my portfolio and had full discretion and conveniently took all my money out of the market and invest it privately with his son’s new private company called Phoenix Capital (BIG SCAM) where I lost everything - I mean millions). My entire inheritance was gone after these crooks got a hold of my assets and sold scam investments to me while fattening their wallets. From selling me Enron to PHEI (penny stock where David anxiously drove over to my house to grab a $200K check from me to invest in this scam and I never EVER saw a penny of it). Then ESuites another scam where I lost $800K then they had me invest $1/2million with Chris Swartz (who is now in prison for ripping people off) - all of which was lost. And this is just a sample of the scam investments they had me buy into. Yes I was naive and trusting and was totally taken advantage of. Ed and David are the BIGGEST CROOKS I HAVE EVER KNOWN IN MY LIFE. I hope someday fate will give them what they deserve. Thanks to them I live meagerly when I shouldn’t have had to ever even think about money which was my parents goal for giving me the multi-million dollar inheritance that thief Ed and his wretched son stole from me. I don’t know how either of you can sleep at night knowing what you did to me and my brother - oh right I forgot to mention he also got me to get my younger brother in on all the scam investments and as a result my brother also lost his entire inheritance. What comes around goes around. I hope you are happy with what you screwed me and my brother out of. THE BIGGEST CROOKS EVER - STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS unless you want to lose everything you have. I will never forget or forgive you for betraying me. I trusted you and paid you handsomely and then you back stabbed me and robbed me of my entire parents life savings. If there’s a hell after death you and your son David truly belong there.
