Great experience! My suv was dropped off in the morning and picked up before 5 pm. Had alternator and serpentine belt replaced. They provided a detailed inspection report of any other parts of the car that need attention. The transportation courtesy ride was also a nice benefit

This is towards the service staff on duty 02/18/25. Not a great experience.

After getting a quote of over $2,000 OTP for mechanical issues far from my concerns. While within the call I asked for a break down of the cost without labor. 1 of the 2 mechanical issues brought to my attention was a power steering fluid change…that cost around $600.

After hearing that I requested no work be done to my vehicle the gentleman OTP retained my request or so I thought. During the retrieval of my vehicle I’m told that it was still in a mechanic bay and no one received a request to cease inspection or anything of that nature.

Since nothing was fixed but an inspection was done I still had to pay $150+tax for the inspection which is fair…. If one was done.

Below I have provided my receipt along with the inspection paper that were both only given to me after payment.

I felt robbed and bamboozled by the very people I trusted. So I had no idea that on paper the inspection had actually not been completed.

No name, signatures and or any supporting information regarding a full inspection of the vehicle.

Nothing. The paper was bare as a bone with only my information attached to it.

I will be escalating this.
