Consumers should beware of the result of a March 2024 condo roof replacement that happened to us. Ceilings fell from water collected in light overnight rain that exposed unprotected interiors. We had expenses as repairs were done over many weeks because we had to vacate our home for the repair. Horrible, and we have not been fully reimbursed yet. Please beware and don’t let this happen to you. Photos show one area only. Bedrooms were also affected. And we were there to witness the collapse of our ceilings onto our furniture.

This company is a great company. Our hoa used them to replace our roofs. I had a couple of issues with my awnings and specifically the sun and wind controllers. I letmy Hoa know and they forwarded my email to the company. Ill be honest , I wondered how long it would take for Roof asset management to respond, and to my amazement , Zane responded the very next business day. We discussed my issues, and I told him I had already contacted my awning guy to come out and check it out. Zane said that is great, we want our customers to be satisfied, he also went up on the roof to see if he could figure it out. He said to just let him know what the awning guy said and they would make it right. My guy came and checked out the system, it was a very simple fix, and my awning guy only charged me a minimum amount, I let Zane know and they sent me out a check, and a gift card to bestbuy with a very nice Christmas card..
All I can say is today it is very rare that a company is that Nice and responsive to the customer and If you need anything Roof I would give them a call!!

We used this company serveral years ago for foam insulation before solar, but this review is about a traffic incident. On 28 August at around 7:00am I was nearly hit by one of their trucks running the red light at Tachevah and Indian Canyon. I was on a bike, had the light, and ALL OTHER VEHICLES on Indian were stopped. Driver in a hurry? On the phone? Texting? A call to the office to speak to the supervisor resulted in a "we will talk to the driver" but I asked for a followup, and got none. I wouldn't want to have these people driving around my neighborhood with that kind of driver and lack of response - if they can't follow traffic law and endanger people, would you want them in your neighborhood?

The inspection was quick and easy. They did not try to charge me too much recommended repairs instead of a full replacement. The staff was courteous and friendly. We will be using them for the replacement in 2 years or so.
