Victor Gonzlaez is the most unethical agent I have ever met!! He admitted an d apologized at the scene when something hit my windshield and his engine was smoking that he would fix it. Now they are refusing to oay the claim!! Our two cars were the only cars - one heading east and one heading west!! I would not use this company EVER

I've called for estimated quotes. The receptionist says to leave a name & number and the purpose for my call.
And after 4 days, they still haven't contacted me 👎🏻 ..I guess they don't need any new clients.
