I can't imagine a better property management team than Rocky Mountain Property Service. They've been taking care of our unit for the last two years, and it's in incredible shape, and the rentals have been strong. Renee is fantastic to work with, very responsive, and always looking to improve the business. We were saddened by the passing for Rob, but the team rallied and didn't miss a beat despite the challenging circumstance.

Rob is dishonest, lies, is petty, and has a huge ego. He does not care that his cleaners overload your washer and dryer all summer which breaks them. He just expects you to repair or replace them. Also he does not repair damage that guests do.
