Absolutely the worst bank I've ever dealt with! I would highly recommend to avoid at all cost! This business cares nothing for the customer in my opinion and is a prime example of why brick and mortar banks should be a thing of the past!

After being a member for 10 years the credit union treated me horribly. Their app wasn't working and their IT developers were working on the issue. Every time I logged in, it would log me out before I could transfer or deposit a check. I was out of town at a training and since I couldn't make a mobile deposit, my account went negative. They treated me like I was insane for bugging them constantly about the app malfunction. Not every member was experiencing this so they basically thought it was user error. That was MONTHS ago. I still don't have a functioning app even though IT confirmed there are issues. Their response was I should've found a shared credit union. Being out of town and at an all-day training, I couldn't do this. In trying to get the issues solved I contacted Mindy, Sarah, and Jessica. On more than one occasion they just ignored my messages. My solution was to call Christine, the CEO. She was so empathetic and said she would look into the issues and get back to me. Then after profusely apologizing to me about the issues, she never bothered to follow up and then wouldn't even return my call. I was the nicest person in the world until after Christine purposely dropped the ball. I had no patience left. In the end, I decided to move all my accounts to Chase because this CU doesn't have a sophisticated enough system to manage multiple business accounts. Everyone I dealt with was extremely rude, dismissive, and downright terrible. I lost money on fees, but in the end I am just happy to sever ties and move on. Provide your customers with a working app. It's unacceptable to not have access to money and transactions. If you want a dinosaur platform and dismissive rude staff, go ahead and sign up to be a member.

These people show zero loyalty to their longtime clients. They are so quick to slap you with fees.

I have been a member for years and when my husband lost his job due to severe health issues we unfortunately had some automatic payments come out without our knowledge and due to the loss of income it took a day but we were back and good standing . We are not opted into overdraft protection, but unfortunately, the account still dipped negative and when I called to see if I could get some help with a fee reversal and given the situation and the fact that we are never negative or have asked for any fees refunded. I was told sorry but unless it’s an error with the credit union, we can’t refund it unless you like to apply for overdraft line Of credit. Which is the complete opposite of a resolution when you tell somebody that you have a loss of income and are facing hardships. I’ve been with plenty financial institutions in my life and at any time that I’ve needed help they are always happy to help or at least come up with a solution that doesn’t cause more harm than good. This is just my personal experience, but it definitely makes you feel like you’re just a number even to your small credit union.

Talk about my lucky day. I was wanting to close a CU account and after calling my CU and not being able to do it I was directed to go to a shared branch location - Rocky Mountain Law Enforcement FCU. I arrived with all my paperwork and was so lucky to have Deb, Mindy and Stephanie help me. It took a lot of work and effort and they jumped in and made it happen with smiles, kindness and expertise. I could not have been happier! If I would have qualified I would have joined. I cannot imagine a better group of people to represent the credit union philosophy of people helping people. If I ever need a shared branching location again, I know where I am going. You should too!

Love love love this credit Union! They have always been so kind to me, especially the Lone tree location. They have been more than understanding when I’ve over drawn my account, they reversed many many of the overdraft charges and any time I’ve ever come to them for lending they somehow make it happen when no one else can. My entire family banks here, my dad included and we all have nothing but great experiences with this wonderful establishment! Thrilled to be a member ! Thanks guys!

I had the pleasure of opening an account at Rocky Mountain Law Enforcement and had an outstanding experience. I want to extend my gratitude to Mr. Adam Padilla for his assistance in setting up my account and for going above and beyond to help me with the necessary documentation. The customer service, facilities, and staff were all exceptional. I also extend my thanks to Wendy Bramlet and everyone here for their excellent work.
