Workers there tell you anything to appear they're doing their job( I guess in front of their boss). Always misinformation. One occasion I called in about my medical coverage and they said I didn't have any. I thought this odd bc I try to get decent coverage. Anyway, months later, I received a letter of apology stating I DID have medical coverage. However, it was too late to even claim. I had coverage on my car for 13 yrs and never received a reduction. Everytime I go online to seek cheaper coverage, they always pop up the lowest. Recently, I relocated, and discovered what I was paying via Allstate 1300 yr I got for 610.00 thru AAA. When asked if I'll be refunded, she said bc my payments were monthly I don't get a refund. I mentioned I thought I paid monthly ahead not arrears. She said to check with her after 24 hrs and she would know. She even told me my last payment was October 31. My bank statement says the 4th.
You see? You can't trust their word. Finally rid of them!

I'm going thru multiple claims from a flood event and I have never felt more abandoned by a company I pay to protect me then imaginable. Taking multiple days to communicate next steps, very quick to communicate what they will not pay for, but just took them 5 days to tell me I have to get my own contractor to tell them what needs done. Like just get a lawyer this is a joke.

Everyone has been very nice and friendly anytime I stopped in or called. I haven't had to use my insurance so can't say if all my needs were met but I do feel confident they are all covered.

great rates and discounts for qualifying individuals, my only complaint so far is - I sent a claim (faxed) for a tow truck due to my daughter driving home from work in an Ice storm, Faxed a legible copy in yet had to mail a second copy and have yet to receive any notice or update and it has been 4 weeks....
