The office is eager to sign you up, Rob personally called me, as my quote was in the works online. I proceeded to complete my policy online and pay in full for the six month term. A couple weeks later when I hadn’t received my insurance cards or declarations information, I called and they could not find my policy, despite me having been emailed a policy number. I was provided with six different phone numbers for me to call and HUNT DOWN MY OWN POLICY. When I was unable to locate policy information, I was told by the office that my policy was still in quote status. I send screenshots showing there were not open quotes for my info and asked for urgent help as my vehicle lienholder sent notice that they also didn’t show insurance associated with my vehicle. I asked for a refund and for Rob to call me asap. I never received a call from anyone or an email response to my emergency. I was able to contact Allstate corporate and after talking to 5 different people, the policy was found and “unstuck”. I spent HOURS trying to resolve this. Allstate was very difficult to connect with a human at the corporate level and I would absolutely NOT recommend this office. The lack of response in my situation was very frustrating and I wouldn’t want to rely on them for a claim situation.

If you're not wealthy like others that can pay their bill in full , they do not send you a monthly statement . No monthly amount due , no balance statement, and no receipt makes me wonder how quick they pay out if you ever have a claim if they can't afford to send a statement ? . Had State farm in the eighties I'll be calling them for a quote when I have time . The lady who answered the phone her lame excuse was people have been complaining about getting too much mail If you have a Bill, wouldn't you what to get a statement to remind you, to show you your balance and your payment due Maybe I'm just old fashion .
