We have been a 30 year State Farm customer. We have multiple policies in both MN and AZ. When I tell you to avoid this office at all costs, trust me.

If you don’t value good customer service he might be the agent for you. If you don’t want your phone calls and voicemails returned for days, Rob is your guy. He is not interested in client retention.

If customer service is something you value than go with Velazquez in Avondale. He is exceptional!

I was with this agency for over 30 years. When Mr. Lincoln Sr. ran it years ago the phone was answered promptly and the employees were friendly and responsive. Nowadays the phone is never answered by a person and messages left are not returned "by the end of the business day" as stated, or ever. It's a shame but I'm done. Policy cancelled today

Terrible on all levels. Good luck trying to get ahold of Rob, they will not give out his number. They cancelled my policy with no notice or explanations. I had 6 policies with Rob and I can't even get a courtesy call back. Save yourself future aggravation, things do not run smooth when there is a problem. All good until you actually need there help. I was a long time customer. I never write these types of reviews unless merited.

I’ve had home insurance through the Rob Lincoln office for years and was usually able to get assistance from Rochelle (she was great) but I don’t think she’s there anymore. I’ve called several times and could never reach anyone. Very frustrating!
