Was a pleasant company the first couple of years dealing with them until miss communication and a clerical error on their behalf cost us over $5,000 plus late fees in taxes. Once brought to their attention they played pass the blame and put all the focus on us and said that we didn’t read or understand the emails right. Good company up until something goes wrong then you’re on your own. And after the ordeal they requested to not have us back next year which is completely fine with us.
