John used to be a standup salesperson, great communication, support etc. and just like a tale as old as time, went for growth and lost quality. I get it, go for volume, take care of your big fish, and maybe you lose some along the way, just really poor form when it affects people's homes and investments. Over the last 8 years I gave him almost 2 dozen properties through referrals and can't even get the guy on the phone. shame
