I have contacted the agency a few times recently with questions and had gotten an answer either at the same time of the initial call or within 24 hours of the phone call. I appreciate having a knowledgeable staff regarding my insurance needs. I have been an Allstate customer for over 50 years, but new to this agency after my agent retired last year.

Rhiannon is rude. Staff is substandard to ok. Takes forever to respond. Very inconsistent hours and they will not meet anyone in person. I do not see a point in coming here as it's basically a call center and nothing else. They will ask you to leave if you enter and that's if you are fortunate enough to catch them when the door unlocked. Check the picture and you will see the ridiculous "notice" on the door about not going in. insanity.

I am not happy at all. They have double my premiums and take the money from your account without notifying. I'm looking elsewhere and will be cancelling my policy immediately. This place has charged me double what I signed up for.

I switched from GEICO to Allstate, and even had a few friends follow.. why because the rates were better, and the customer service from Rhiannon Wards Allstate office was amazing. It was so nice to speak with agents that actually listened to what I wanted with my coverage and set up my policy to help meet my needs. I highly recommend contacting them for your insurance needs!

They are disrespectful and the agent puts no care into this business or her clients. Right when I was treated disrespectfully by staff and then the Agent herself, I went to Allstate Agent Edmond Marquez on Campbell Ave. They actually cared and even offered me a variety of refreshments and snacks and some great in person one on one insurance service.

Not happy with Brittany she rude and not good with customer service I would not recommend this office to anyone. One star only because you have to put stars otherwise the deserve zero stars. She refuses the Agency manager as well thinks she’s the only person able to help when she doesn’t help she needs to go back to schooling.

They are very helpful, if you have a concern about the bill, someone will call you and go over your bill. I spoke to a very nice lady and she helped me out so I can understand what I am paying for thank you Allstate insurance for caring
