So at first theres a very uninviting smell through out the halls it smells like theres no circulation, it smelled very stale like farts. Stuff was broken in there just placed back so it didn’t look that way. The microwave super old. You gotta heat sum thing up for a super long time just for it to be luke warm. Pool room was cold. Toilet wasn’t flushing properly. The tv didn’t work the apps were not working we called down there and they basically said they couldn’t help us. We asked for forks and spoons so that we could eat why they give us one pack a fork spoon and knife and packet of salt for three people. Go to a different place frfr. The bed was horrid. The pull out bed was literally just springs tied in a sheet. 0/10 don’t recommend

1. Don't get your room face to highway. There is too much noise all day. I don't recommend it. If you get this situation, you can contact customer service. They will try to give you another room. The service is great.
2. The heater is too loud when turning it on. I couldn't sleep at all.
3. The staff is nice and professional. You will get a good service.

I have stayed here twice for business. It's a good sized and comfortable all-suite hotel. The suites have 2 rooms. The front room has a couch and a wet bar. The back room is the bedroom. The hotel is always kept clean and gives a good impression when you walk through the doors. Bathroom is always clean. You do need to drive to any eateries or shopping. Next to the intersection of I-294 and Route 21. Rooms on the highway side are quiet.

Spacious suites because it used to be Embassy Suites. Love the open atrium, I just wish both elevator banks were open to the public so you don't have to walk so far if your room is away from the public elevators. The kids were looking forward to using the indoor pool but it's not heated and was very cold. Great gym facility. The Starbucks onsite is convenient but not great. Location is ideal, easier to get to 94 vs staying around Rosemont.

When we entered the hotel it did look clean. But when we looked at the glass cups on the table, they were kinda dirty. The breakfast was a little short range. My brother was a little upset about that there was no oatmeal. Our hotel room refrigerator stinks. Coffee's not really free. On the other hand, the room is nice.

Had our wedding here Sept 2024. Loved every minute of it. From the rooms to staff and the banquet hall. Everything was amazing. Irene the hotel sales director was superb. Made everything so easy for us and our families.
