DO NOT RENT THROUGH REMAX “PATHETIC” PROPERTIES!
I lived in one of their rentals for three years and had nothing but problems. All appliances and exterminator costs are the responsibility of the tenant, meaning, if you have a major black widow problem, or have a fridge and dryer and that go out within the first year, they will not do anything about it. Even when they tell you they will, at the very least, haul off the inoperable appliances, they will send an unlicensed “handyman” out to say that he will come and get it, but he will never show up again. The slumlords that own 2560 E Snavely Ave are cheap. They will bring their child to help with the work on the home, due to the fact that they can’t afford to hire actual licensed contractors to do work on the home. In fact, licensed contractors will REFUSE to work on the home due to the illegal gray water from the washer that is draining into the neighbors yard. Also, even if you have a family emergency and feel that the home is not safe for you to live in anymore due to the horrible, Jerry rigged plumbing that is draining sewage into the home and causing it to sink, they will make you forfeit your security deposit and you essentially have to pay it again, like you never paid a deposit in the first place. Being charged well over $5000 for normal wear and tear and mistakes that Remax have made. This is a PSA to never, ever rent through them!

Doesn’t fix any properties or issues no matter what!!!!
Will not work with you on rent. It’s due when it’s due and there’s apparently a 5% late fee for everyday you’re late!!!!
Rent was $1300 for me and just being 5 days late put me at $1800!!!!! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR CHEATING ALL US OUT OF MONEY!!!!

Great rental company. We work hard to take good care of the house we are renting and work to pay early every month. We’ve never had/have issues and any communication we have with them is always friendly and speedy.

This place has 3 stars for a reason even though that is far to kind. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I was denied due to false pretenses even provided confirmation and proof and they were still unwilling to work with me at all. Never rent from a company unwilling to treat you like a human. I’m sure the people in charge especially Vicki Medrano, Valerie Spegal won’t be in business for too much longer. So avoid this company and seek other alternatives. Thankfully this is the only company who gave me issues and I will be moving forward with another company with way better reviews in the area!

Extremely shady place. Strung us along for over a week, continually pretending there was a problem with communication with a landlord, then when they were called out for that issue and it was obvious they were amaking that up, they changed there reason for not moving and eventually denying us, despite no issue with any other place. It is weird when your told "You might wanna find another realtor," but they never finish the "because we don't serve your kind," part. Any business that suggest you go to a competitor is a strange one.

Luckily found a place despite ReMax Prestige Kingman's obvious attempt to keep "certain kinds" of folk from moving here. Some of the staff are nice, but it is so obvious that it is a front when everyone else is rude. Bless your hearts!

Our experience with Re/max Prestige properties and our property manager Shari was great, we were treated fairly when we applied and got into the house smoothly. On our second year living in the house a man came to the property claiming the landlord has been missing. Our sincerest condolences immediately went out to him and his family, they made themselves known a few times and were friendly and a great landlord. We immediately contacted Re/max to see if they knew about the situation, they told us they weren’t able to contact the landlord, that they have no family members and not to let the man on the property. A few weeks later we asked if we should call the police for a missing persons report and they told us their family was working on the case and NOT to contact the police, after they told us they had no family members. The man came to our house to trim the bushes and trees unannounced and left piles of trimmings. After months passed he came back claiming that we were having issues paying rent and was trying to collect rent from us when we have had perfect payment history. Their was an old tenant living on the street and in our security cameras we saw them stop in front if the property and take pictures, they were also in contact with the man coming to the property. We did not feel safe with the man repeatedly coming to the property suspiciously. The neighbor was an ex enforcement officer and informed us before we left that the landlord was found dead. Re/Max had no concern for the issue and collected the landlords rent for about 8 months. As soon as our lease ended we left and they kept most of the deposit.
