This company doest comply with civil code to provide his tenants with habitable living conditions and be responsible to repair any problem on the property. For a year, I have been sending emails to the managers of the apts , msgs on the website, I wrote notes on the envelope with the payment of the rent and until this day no one come to fix a wall, floor and gabinetes damage because a water leaking that took them 6 months to repair and I was told they supposed to come the next day to fix it, now there’s mold and mosquitos for the humidity, and I'm afraid is affecting my son's health.
I see all bad reviews and I don't understand why they don't do anything to improve.
I am surprise of the wonderful things that internet says about the owners and all those years of experience in management business , Im far to see that mentioned experience when they don’t care the living conditions of their tenants in their installations

Corrupt management. I've lived on property for 12 years. In 2016 in came Reliant management. I've had to go to HUD and Fair Housing as well as Housing Authority Meetings over this company's blatant disregard of crime on the property resulting in their tenants guest entering my home with a 13" knife necessitating police in full force with rifles drawn for 3 hours on the property. This is just one of the incidents. Recently we were able to get a drug house shut down on the property that management knew about. Each time reports were made to Reliant I was retaliated against with them threatening to tow my vehicle or have me evicted for 3 day pay or quit when I am never late on my rent. Each time Reliant was confronted about this their District Manager said these were just mistakes. Further, the living conditions became degraded because they were not performing annual inspections for a couple of years and the sink was falling in and cabinetry rotting out and the place was becoming a hazard. Horrible management company !!! Eusebia Rodriguez property manager very unprofessional. Won’t return calls or emails. Been a month since I moved out still haven’t received 1100$ security deposit or itemized letter. Should’ve never got rid of Vanessa Villabos, she was the best property manager your company had. Now that she is gone this company is trash. If you want to deal with a horrible property management company who barely does their job you’ve come to right place. Thank you Tasha who gave me a little empathy but other than that this company should be ashamed how they treat their tenants.

poor experience with this company. i paid a total of 70$ for me and my sister to apply, spent a whole month going back and forth with every document asked for with property manager Melissa and was told most likely i was going to be moving in, put 200$ to hold the unit then was asked for more documents sent them, waited another whole 2 weeks!!! for an answer and finally at the end was told my application was denied!! so i wasted over a month was lie to that i was going to be moving in to be switched at the end that my application was declined!!!! i made the amount of money, passed background/credit check gave every piece of document asked for just to be declined!!!!! what a waste of time and very unprofessional to tell someone their going to be moving then switched that my application was declined after all that! Don’t even waste your time with this rental company. very unprofessional! i would give infinity zero stars if i can!! apply at your own risk!!

Poor communication and bad customer service. Booked a showing to view a property they have listed, set up time and date. Showed up for our appointment and NO one came to give us the tour. We waiting 20 minutes and tried to call the office by no one answered. Still have no heard back from the company with any kind of explanation or an apology.
If you are looking to rent or looking to rent out your home, I would stay far away from this company.

Visited the Mentone property and the manager Brenda was very nice and helpful. It was a pretty property and I was sad to find out there’s a waitlist but Brenda told me where to apply. She seemed very knowledgeable and I feel like people only post reviews for bad things but shoutout to her!

Do not rent from this company. They contribute to the homeless. Before you even see the place they ask for $200 right off the bat. The apartment is infested with ants and termites. When I brought this up to the manager's attention I was told it wasn't time to spray and it would cost money so they would not be spraying. The manager comes knocking on your door asking for legal fees on you without any bill. And when your lawyer tries to settle they flat out refuse and only want you out. Now my family is homeless because of this company. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY EVICT YOU AFTER BEING 3 WEEKS LATE ON YOUR RENT EVEN WHEN YOU HAD AN AGREEMENT WITH THE MANAGER AND THEY RECEIVED HALF THE RENT FROM THE GOVERNMENT. VERONICA IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, COLD AND HEARTLESS PERSON I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. BE WARNED... ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. DENISE IS THE ABSOLUTE NICEST PERSON EVER. SHE'S UNDERSTANDING AND HAS COMPASSION SHE'S JUST WORKING FOR THE WRONG COMPANY.
