They are just a bunch of scammers. They waited 6 months to tell me there will be a increase in the premium and wanted me to pay when i called to cancel
Your insurance should have increased in September..! Ohh!! And telling me this in March
6 months they had no idea
May be that your scheme to take people’s hard earned money.
Do not waste your time dealing with travellers insurance.
Also PRO TIP FOR MS.LINDA: please work on your communication skills and stop scamming people.

The WORST insurance company to deal with. Terrible customer service, and the one agent talks over you and is so sloppy with her work product that you get other peoples paperwork in the mail. Your policy number changes and they can't give you a straight answer as to why. Just the worst. I would't even give them one star, but I have to in order to post this.
