Living at Concord Manor is a great experience. It’s an apartment complex that has been completely transformed, from the time you pull up, to the time you walk into your new home. The new courtyard looks amazing. The inside has been completely remodeled and has a modern feel to it. These apartments are located within steps of Lancaster’s great downtown area.

You are conveniently located close to amazing shops and restaurants. During the summer you’re close to the action with all events in the downtown area.

If you’re looking for an affordable, modern home feeling. Then I would encourage you to call Concord Manor Apartments your new home.

Don did an awesome job getting the water turned back on today. He’s very efficient. Awesome. He’s very polite and he does a wonderful job anything that needs done. He’s right on it to get it conquered. We appreciate him. We’ll, like I said, don is awesome Today I try and get my hot water to work so I put in a maintenance request and dummy me didn’t think to check the electric box so I feel real bad about bringing him out in the cold but once again he got it done !!!!! Next time I’ll think about checking the electric box but thank you very much Don for fixing my hot water

I just wanted to write a review for Don Anderson! He did a fantastic job with the work he did. Our sink was leaking really bad and he didn’t have the right equipment to fix it that day so he came back early today and fixed both side of the sink and stopped the leaking completely and also let us with brand new seals for the sink as well. We also had an electrical oulet issue and Done made sure to get that fixed as soon as he could! We really appreciate the hard work and him taking his time to fix this issue so it doesn’t happen again in the long run. Thank you Don!

Kevin, Ethan, and Jenessa are all simply phenomenal. The maintenance team is wonderful as well. Any time I’ve ever had questions or needed help with something, they have helped expeditiously. They are beyond reasonable with rental prices and are just simply wonderful. I moved into one of their properties after leaving a bad situation and it’s been nothing but great. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a place.

The apartment is spacious, very cleaned, laundry on site, allows pets, easy communication with the property manager. Very close to amenities and quiet.
