I would rate this property management company a zero if I could. They have a habit of neglecting their properties between tenants. I live on the same street as this house and am appalled at the fact they they think this is a good way to get new tenants in. The pics don’t even show how long the grass actually is. When the last tenants were in this property it was actually one of the most manicured, beautiful looking lawns in the neighborhood. NOT a good look for you guys.

If I could warn anyone from living here, I will do it! DO NOT live with this company! They are absolute crooks and are only out for as much money as they can get from you. My husband and I had to jump through hoop after hoop with them to just get in and then suddenly had all these charges after charges that weren’t just first months rent. Then when we finally left and had to breach contract, we got $3000 in move out fees and closing contract. Horrible company, dirty evil crooks that are horrible to talk to. Sent us to collections with no notice. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Horrible people.

DO NOT RENT from them!!! Anyone can make false claimplaints and they will still charge $200 fee even if you have proof that you didnt do what they try to say you did. Im getting evicted for 100% false claims right after i got rental assistance. All Gabrelia and the owners Randy and Trisha care about is $ and not the lives of there tenants even i had when have protection orders against ppl that made false complaints. Gabreila will say she interviewed the ppl that made complaints when she knows she didnt.. PLEASE DO NOT RENT !!! I can make a complaint about tennant falsely and they will charge you then evict you..I have all proof that I didnt do what they say and they will not want proof they want money..!!!

This company is a joke. Looking to move out found a leasing for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment and upon arrival for a tour they said they don’t have any and only had 2 bed 2 baths. No clue why they would post rooms they don’t have and plus the agent was terrible. She was rushing and had a terrible attitude and was on her phone the whole time. Overall bad company and sad to see they treat people like this can only imagine how the tenants are treated.
