I think a lot of people are mixing this company up and not caring enough to do research or really make a decision themselves. They are respectful and are straightforward, not a lot of places are like that so I definelty am cherishing they're honestly.

Love them or hate them, they're country wide and could care less about what you think. All I'll add is expect to get less than half your deposit back no matter how thoroughly you do your move out

I have been renting from them for about 6 years they have been good to me. Kim and Daniel have been very helpful and they do their very best to stay on top of repairs your team is Awesome. When I chose my house I was looking for a long term rental and I love it. Here's to many more years. Thank you!

I was approved by RPM. But within 1 month after moving in they told me to vacate my New apartment. I feel that I did nothing wrong. After leaving the apartment I became homeless for 2 years right at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Thanks a lot RPM. You had no right to kick me out.

Now that PPM and Real Property Management have merged LOOK OUT!

I worked with PPM for years, and gave them thousands of dollars as my management company of three properties I own in Eureka. I found them to be very uncooperative when listening to my concerns, and even less cooperative when it comes to helping me keep my property rented. I was constantly having to list my own property and feed them the prospects.
The straw that broke the camels back, was their maintenance dept. Not only are they completely incompetent, they are rude as hell! DO NOT!!! let these people run your business for you, be proactive and lookout for yourself, its usually all you got. The worst of the worst, the accounting. And frankly isn't that what its all about, the money. Don't let them steal your money! Renters beware, Landlords be warned.

This Real Property Management (RPM), formerly known as Professional Property Management (PPM), is apparently still as crooked as they’ve been in years past. Notorious for taking “non refundable” “application fees” only to immediately deny the application with no more than a boiler plate email stating such. Even when ALL requirements were met from the outset.

Poor customer service. Expect to have to go to their office and follow up with everything, because they will not follow up with you. They are late too showings as well.

Also notorious for not returning security deposits, even when the property was left in better shape by the tenant than it was received... and yes I have seen them in small claims court numerous times being ordered by the court to pay back the deposit.

I know Ken and Daniel well and have rented from them for years. One of the top rental agencies. They don't charge an application fee. They accept and read through several applications per day for free because they actually care to have you as a tenant. They don't leave properties listed for long periods of time (maybe even after they've already been rented) just so they can collect more applications that they'll never read but charge a fee for.

Worst landlord I have ever had. When you call to get repairs made the only thing they'll take seriously is when you tell them you'll move out and use the law to your advantage. That got their asses moving real quick. Needless to say I would rate them zero stars but that isnt an option.
