I was going to wait until I moved out to review this company but my lease isn’t up until December so I might as well say it now. This is the WORST company to rent from. It may sound surprising consider they have a lot of 5 star reviews (they paid for). Upon moving into the unit it was DIRTY! They did not clean it at all. As well, the back door lock was broken and the front door had a large gap in it which was letting a draft in causing the unit to be super cold (I moved in November). The last tenant left a lot of things there which was not removed which makes me think no one came in to clean. As well, there was food residue left all over the stove. I sent pictures to the leasing office about it but nothing was cleaned. Moving forward it took them 26 days to fix the back door lock and the front door. The unit at that time was uninhabitable due to safety concerns. When discussing paying a prorated rent, it took them two months to get back to me. I sent over 20 emails and called everyday. It was not until I called from a different number that I finally got in contact with someone because they were blatantly ignoring me but threatening to evict me due to their own negligence. It was not until I had threatened to sue and even had to drive all the way to their office to get a response. There wasn’t much resolution but at that point I was over it. NOW I’m dealing with an influx of spiders and of course I have to take care of it myself, I’m noticing gaps in the windows, and a bunch of other issues with the home. They do not care about the quality of the home. They do not care about their tenants. They’re unresponsive, not helpful, and overall provide the poorest communication I have ever dealt with. This is my first time working with a private landlord and I will never do it again. I wish I could break my lease. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.

I had a great pleasure working with Saif on my paperwork while moving in and moving out. He was great in explaining my rents, bills, due dates, and penalties. He was very helpful and understanding. I appreciated his hospitality. I had issues with my neighbors playing loud music, but I was able to get this resolved pretty much in time instead of waiting three months to get my issues resolved. Unfortunately, good things comes to end I had to leave to AZ, but I recommend this guy. He is honest, helpful, and he does what he says he will do.

They do ok with some of the basic things, but had a bad experience with them during a tenant turn-over this past year. It took 9-months from the time a previous tenant left to get a new tenant in place, and we squandered most of the best months.

The new tenant is also immediately not paying rent so they didn't do good due diligence.

During the turn-over process they posted pictures of the property that were quite poor. They were not well connected in the "Baltimore" area with contractors and only provided contractors who charged outlandish prices to fix things. One of the contractors admitted he does most of his work in the DC Metro area, which is way different from Baltimore. I had to find most of my own cost-competitive contractors to get things done.

Their communication is slow and it feels near impossible to get anyone on the phone to have a live conversation, and it often takes days to get a response to things. They're response time is consistently slow with us.
They also shared our personal contact info with the tenants 🤯
We moved on.

**Marketing Pictures**
Except you took the pictures before renovations were made and never came back to update them after rennovations. You had 6+ months. At least Sonja cared enough to do something about it.

**Communication**
"Reasonable" is your opinion, and we rarely could talk to anyone on the phone.

**Tenant Onboarding**
Yes, we agreed to the new tenant. YOU had nothing to do with placing the previous tenant, and they stopped paying toward the end.

**Sharing Contact Information**
We gave you our new PM's contact info. Why would owner want their contact info shared with the tenants

It will be unfair if I start this review without giving a big shout out particularly to Saifullah Sikandary from this property Management for their outstanding work! They recently came to my house to address a few issues and they exceeded my expectations in every way.
Not only did he fix the issues quickly, but he also took the time to explain what caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future. For the closet door, he didn’t just repair the broken hinge,he adjusted the alignment to make sure it opened and closed smoothly.
I was particularly impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. Most importantly, he arrived on time, brought all the necessary tools, and left the area spotless after finishing. His friendly attitude made the experience even better.
It’s rare to find someone so skilled and dedicated, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into making sure everything was perfect.
I definitely recommend this company and hopefully you will have the same experience
