Tom Kozlowski helped us in so many ways to find, purchase and close on our mountain house. He provided us great local knowledge on the market, neighborhoods and pricing, but also great insights on things unique to considering a mountain property -- wells for water, septic systems, wildfire insurance, how you get your mail, how you get your driveway plowed, etc. etc. A rural mountain property in the high Rockies is a very unique asset and your agent needs a big tool box to walk you through it and eventually make it happen.

Tom could not have been more knowledge-able, useful and helpful in finding us a place that fit our needs and budget, and then guiding us through negotiations, due diligence, financing and closing. Totally the best.
