The property manager I had to deal with upon moving was charging me for light bulbs not be being able to turn when in fact I had FPL to transfer power to my new place, he then charged me for two double aa batteries not in thermostat when I was constantly replacing them cause the ac would burn and run for hours on warm days, he also charged me for two outdoor chairs that may or may not have been left by owner and owner haven't been on property in 3 years so while the house ways empty ....anyone could've walked up and taken them from the property..... This is a senior community and the will beg and try to keep every penny for themselves.. I definitely had a legal representation on standby upon my decision to move my mother out of the mainlands section development 8 she left 4 ice cream bars in the freezer and he ( Shou John Saito), charged for the removal of them. Also there's no damage to the walls and he decides to charge for the walls having stains of picture frames and whichy mother never hung anything on hers walls. The screens were torn all the way around the house and had a cracked window that needed fixing on day one of the move in but wasn't taken care of till the 9 month of a 12 month lease. Just a plethora of nick and pick type of problems from this management company and the landlord has yet to even come to the property to see for herself but the just bid a battle to find tf out!
