I think it’s safe to say most people don’t like tax time (including myself), but REACOS makes it so easy! They answer my questions quickly and are nice to work with. We do our personal and business taxes with them and I recommend them to everyone

We had been using Reacos for many years for our business. It started out very affordable and we loved our accountant. When he ended up leaving the firm everything started to get really expensive. We started out paying $165 a month for sales tax and bookkeeping. Each year that price went up and no longer included sales tax. For the last two years they have been robbing us blind. Some months we we're paying up to a $1000 and they would bill us for February invoices in May. I recommend not using this accounting firm unless you want every penny you make to go into tax services.

We filed our taxes with this place back in February. It was the ABSOLUTE WORST place to do taxes with. They failed to get us a pin through the IRS and selected we wanted a check. Additionally, since they didn’t get us a pin the IRS is still verifying our identity. This was a simple tax return that doesn’t require a whole lot of work. They got their money, but here we are still waiting for our refund. When I asked if they would do an amendment, they wanted to charge us for their mistake. I’ve also tried to reach out to them after I discovered the error, left numerous messages, and received no response. If you want to get ripped off and your taxes done wrong, then this is the place for you. I would NEVER in good conscience recommend this place.

After having a first hand look at this firms accounting practices by way of a small business I manage, I can say that I would not recommend them. Upon switching accountants, we discovered we were being charged for filings even when there was no work to be done. This is extremely unethical and a huge slap in the face to small businesses.
