I have been with the Raymond Grim branch of American Family for a few years now. Quinn has been my go to guy whenever I call in. He is always fast to get back with answers on any policy questions or changes that I have and when I have a claim his customer service is well above what I have experienced with other insurance companies. In would definitely suggest giving them a call if you are shopping for an insurance company.

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! Ray is a great insurance agent. He makes us feel welcome when we go to his office, always offering a drink or snack. He's very easy to talk to and explains our insurance in a way that makes it easy for any layperson to understand. Highly recommended!
