It reminds me of Iron Junkie in Jacksonville back in the day. Simple, clean, friendly and an overall great gym for a good workout. I never have to worry about reracking plates before starting my workout or have to wait 45+ minutes for the aspiring Instagram model to stop playing with their phone, focusing on camera angles and get off of the equipment; while they only do 2 sets of 3 reps in that amount of time. Equipment is kept up. Gym is clean. Other members are friendly and just there to get a great workout.

Sadly I am having update my original review of this place because it appears the management is content to let this particular location go downhill. I have attached photos that were taken on 10/16/2022 which show the current state of the gym; overall it seems to be suffering from neglect of staff as the equipment, environment, and facility itself are just rife with problems ranging from bad gym etiquette (i.e. weights all over the place) to actual broken equipment (i.e. punching bag is broken, furnace is exposed, and lights are out), all of which can be corrected by proper staff attention/reporting. Its sad really, but I probably won't be keeping my membership much longer if they don't get it together and start policing this place. Also from my visits I am noticing that underage or at least, younger gym goers are constantly making the environment less and less safe or even reliable by treating it in a way that is now starting to destroy the equipment which again, should be something staff is noting and reviewing the CCTV footage to remove these types of people. Clearly none of this happening so i've had to update my review which is sad because I really liked this place for a long time however enough is enough. Fix the environment and the lack of staff attention or close this place down if Jacksonville/Palestine are going to be your attention focus.
