I went in for insurance and it turned into a great experience not a chore. Randy and his team were not only knowledgeable and efficient with getting me the insurance I needed they were very pleasant and even fun to work with. Whenever I have had a question or wanted to change/add something to my policy it just takes a quick call and they were able to get it done. Randy and his staff are just great people who are outstanding at what they do!

Randy Rhodes is a great guy and has helped us save a ton on insurance. We have our condo and my business with his office. His staff is always very helpful and I appreciate that they are continually checking in to see if there is any way to save us money on our accounts. The current policies I have with State Farm are pretty small as far as dollar amount, but that does not keep Randy or his staff from promptly replying via email or phone and thoroughly answering all of my questions. They have been more helpful, when it comes to my insurance needs, than any other insurance agency I've ever dealt with. These reasons are why they will be getting other policies that I currently have with Allstate next year and I also refer Randy's office to people I cross paths with in my personal and professional life. I work with someone who knows Randy on a personal level and he speaks highly of him as well. 2 thumbs up.

About a year ago me and my boyfriend bought our first home. I called around for bundled deals hoping to get everything covered for a affordable price. We ended up going w/ State Farm, I've worked mostly with Natasha- who by the way ROCKS! I've never had a more pleasant experience dealing with someone for insurance. Anytime I have a question in regards to coverage or future changes all I have to do is email her & she replies answering my questions. I've been so pleased with our experience at State Farm that we recently got one of my boyfriends to switch insurance companies! She also is very pleased! I highly recommend the Randy Rhodes office off Lake Otis for super customer, and friendly knowledgeable associates!
