This is HANDS-DOWN the best insurance group that there is! I have been a customer since 1998 and have NEVER had a bad experience. I moved a fair distance away, yet I have conducted 99% of my business via a single email. Everything is accomplished in a prompt, professional, clear, and concise manner. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and have a sense of humor that I absolutely love. (Yes, Paula, this includes you!) Most recently, Randy went WAY out of his way to take great care of me under some fairly challenging circumstances. If you think you have great agent, then you haven't tried Randy!

I was a customer of Randy Johnson's for 12 years. Never, not even once did Randy himself ever bother to talk to me. I finally got insurance elsewhere and that was the best decision I have ever made, unbelievable how much better other insurance companies are and the new tech they employ. I left because I'd get a quote for a vehicle and then a few weeks later when I'd go to pay for the quote and turn it into an active policy the price would double and in some cases triple. This happened two different occasions and I am just done being treated so poorly. The only and I mean ONLY reason I stayed here so long is Paula, she is fantastic, unfortunately State Farm or Randy Johnson isn't.

My family has been with State Farm for years, and we've always had a great experience at the Randy Johnson location in Highlands Ranch. Paula Pineau has always been a great help to us and has always helped us get great rates and coverage for our vehicles. The most recent being a 2017 Jeep Wrangler I purchased (which now has full coverage for much less than I would have thought.) I can't recommend this location or Paula enough. Great work!

I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years since I started driving. My parents were customers before that. It’s been affordable, good coverage but I’ve never needed much from them.

Recently, due to some life changes, I’ve been having to make a lot of changes, additions, subtractions, etc. Hope and the rest of the staff have been phenomenal answering my questions and ensuring they’re the source of the least of my headaches. 10/10 will always recommend this outfit

I have been with Randy almost 30 years now since I was in high school. His office is amazing and so organized and helpful, I wouldn't have know what to do over the years without them. I especially have to give big kudos to Hope. She has made a really hard situation one that I was able to get answers to and she held my hand through the whole process and kept me sane when I felt lost. She is an angel!!! Please give their office a try. You won't regret it!!
