We recently had some water damage in our home and our plumber referred us to Sebastian! We were originally going with another company but once we met Sebastian, we knew we wanted him to help us during this stressful process! My insurance company was giving us such a HARD time during this process and made it difficult to begin any work! It took over a month and half to finally get the verbal okay to begin any work! During this time, Sebastian helped me deal with the insurance and was incredibly PATIENT! Sebastian, Antonio, Isaiah and Pablo all did an amazing job! We are so incredibly impressed with their professionalism and quality of work throughout the entire process. Sebastian and Antonio were very communicative, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns we had. They offered SO much help during the entire process! I had to move to a rental and Antonio and Isaiah brought me everything I needed to pack my things. Antonio also made sure my packages that were delivered were placed inside my house. 🙂 I can’t thank them enough. I HIGHLY recommend Sebastian, Antonio and everyone at Rainy Day Environmental Solutions! You guys are truly the best! We had an emergency in our home, we called Sebastian at Rainy Day and Antonio was here within an hour and got started immediately drying out our house, and had a plumber come over for the repair. We are grateful for there help! We would and have already recommended them to family and friends!

I am so glad that Sebastian and his team were referred to my family and me following a leak in our home. Sebastian is incredibly responsive to calls and questions, sending a text even if he can’t return the call in the moment. And I can’t say enough about the turnaround time between the day he arrived to inspect and prepare a report on the water damage, myself getting approval from our insurance adjuster and then Sebastian’s team, Antonio and Isaiah, arriving at our door, with a warm demeanor and getting to work wrapping furniture, sectioning off the space, treating the affected areas and setting up fans. We highly recommend.
