They had our 2020 tax information for 9 months and never completed our return. We called them over and over again and only recieved a couple return calls to tell us that they were working on our taxes. They filed an extension for our taxes, but after months had past for the extended filing deadline we finally just went in and picked up our information. They hadn't done anything with our information in all of that time. This business is terrible!
