If there was a zero rating I would give them a big zero! After our CPA retired I contacted their office. They did our return last year and although I wasn’t real impressed we contacted them about filing our return for this year. Big mistake. I asked 6 TIMES to speak with Lee Jennings regarding some significant questions about our return before filing . Never heard from him. I specifically stated 6 times that I only wanted Lee Jennings to file the return but come to find out the 2 receptionists entered the information with a staff CPA reviewing. I once again asked that Lee Jennings call me. Never heard from him. His receptionist left a message on my voicemail that someone would call me about our return by Monday. It’s now Friday and nothing. I called and was told I was 4th in the stack to call about emailing or picking up our return as it was ready. Ready? Still no one called me to discuss. Most unprofessional CPA firm I’ve ever dealt with. I’m picking up our information today and taking to a more reputable firm as I have ZERO confidence that what they’ve somehow come up with is correct. So now I got my niece to pickup and they’ve lost half my documents. Kept wanting her to sign a form that said I had received all documents. Nope. Guess I’ll have to go back with the police for them to miraculously find them.

This firm cost me $5,000 in penalties from the IRS due incorrectly filing my payroll taxes for 8 months!! Now the owner ,Lee Jennings, ignores my emails and phone calls! I highly DO NOT recommend anyone use them!!
