It was okay and by okay i mean the office is okay. I got my live scan done here. What I didn't like was the lady at the front desk named Wendy Garcia, who did my live scan as well. She had an attitude and wasn't friendly at all. She should have a better attitude if she wants her clients to keep coming back. Also, I tried taking a card when I was leaving and I was grabbing the wrong card and she snatched it away from me telling me that wasn't the card for the live scan. And she gave me the correct one. While doing my live scan she was talking to her co-workers. She needs to concentrate on her work. I didn't see her giving attitude to her workers while talking and laughing with them. Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. Messed up on my livescan and won't help us fix it even though it was not our fault. Caused us a waste of money and time. Beware of this place!!! Go somewhere else instead! Or you will regret it! 🙁

Very rude, I called in to cancel my homeowners since I sold the home, when asked to confirm my request had been received agent stated that they couldn’t wait around for my email to arrive, they have other things to do.
