The people who work at QUEST FCU are very friendly and helpful. I've been with them for awhile now. The only thing I don't really care for, is the Fraud Unit, they will lock your card, and when you go to pay for something, your card is declined!! Then, you usually have to get another card that you pay for, and you're only allowed so many!! Also

My Husband banks here and I've almost have convinced to switch to US Bank. Quest has no number to call for customer service. Their bank cards don't last. Just over all a hassle when they aren't open.
