I have been going to Queen Creek Accounting for 7 years. I have always seen Dawson and have always been very happy. Last year I was told that I could not see him anymore because my account was too small and had to pick someone else. I felt very uncomfortable with someone I didn't know, I paid the same amount of money per hour like everyone else, I always file early in February so not last minute and this year I'm going to someone who actually wants to see me.

Coming from someone that has been described as "hard to please" ? this has been the BEST experience getting my taxes done. I have had 3 accountants in 9 years. They were good but constantly difficult to get responses from and took a while (sometimes late) to get taxes completed after sending them all the paperwork. They promised advise throughout the year for my Business and didn't deliver. Dawson got me on the calendar early, sent me the list of what he needed, then in my appointment completed my taxes right there!! I was there to answer any questions, he gave bits of advise along the way, and I walked out knowing they were done and filed. Additionally, he was EXTREMELY educated in the write offs and making the best use of them. He also charged less than the last 2 I have had who said they would provide that level of service and did not.
His office was also very calm and welcoming, great environment!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I went there with my husband to have our personal taxes done. We waited 20 minutes for an appointment that we had scheduled. Then as soon as we walked into Mike's office we were immediately talked down to and he did not listen to anything my husband said. We were here because we needed help with our personal taxes not to be talked down to. We ended up leaving because Mikes immediate lack of professionalism is something we had no interested in working with. If you are looking for somewhere to actually help you through the process of doing your taxes stay away from this place.

We feel totally stress free now that we use Queen Creek Accounting for our personal and business. The office is comfortable and stress free, just speak to Dawson Alverson or James Wilson. Both are excellent, both have knowledge of up to date tax laws between them they have CPA and E.A. credentialing. Dawson has made it totally stress free since we have been using Queen Creek Accounting. Personal to business I trust them totally. My husband and I have been going to Dawson for a few years now and we can't believe how much easier and smoother he makes getting your taxes done. He is definitely a talented accountant! He helped my husband make better choices with how to file his business. If we ever moved out of Queen Creek, we would probably still drive to Queen Creek to have Dawson do our taxes!
