My mother applied to one of the properties about two months ago. She put the application in the drop box provided that instructs applicants to place application within the box. A few weeks later she received a text message from the number associated with this website instructing her to submit another application but to send it to an address provided in the text. Clearly they had received the documents or they wouldn't have her number to text her BUT ok. We will submit another. HOWEVER, the only place to get the applications are outside of the building at the property and there have been zero applications available. Don't bother trying to call the property or Brook (apparently the "leasing agent/manager"), there will be no answer no matter how many times you call. All we need is guidance. This was a perfect property for her needs and located close to me but guess we will give up.

I've lived here at Pleasant Villa Apartments now for 7 years and like living near my few nice happy helpful neighbors that I have grown to like in my 7 years that I have lived here. It's quaint and peaceful here where we live and I like it that way.
