Our elevator has been broken for a month. Many elderly people in or 55 and over Shoreview ,1819 Shore Drive South condos.Five failed visits from elevator repair company.Then we were told the whole panel had to be sent out!Our property is a mess, shrubs dead, grass mostly weeds.Front shrubs dead, our board President does more than QPM.The side of our building is a disgusting mess. Our stairs, stairwells and walkways are filthy and unsanitary. Our representative is rarely here checking on or updating us on possible timeline of potential progress.All the buildings on our street show signs of progress.They are actively working on the grounds and exterior of their buildings.Someone higher up needs to take a ride and look at this place.I feel that the management company just collects HOA’S and does accounting for us.The vendors that they supply are less than adequate.

I’m a retired developer and I’ve been on boards for 20 years. QPM worked for me for two years and they were so bad, I fired them and went with First Service. First rate company! They have been exceptional, and I actually feel like they work for me and the owners.

I bought a second home and 2 PM are managing it. There are unresponsive, have hung up on me, pretended not to receive any of my paperwork, even though it’s certified mail. Kind of votes without an owner of being present kept me from running on the board by claiming I don’t respond in time during hurricane week, even though I even certified the form to them. they are not trustworthy. Zero response and the person in the office two days a week has no ability to give parking passes or gate keys. I don’t even know why they put her in their office. They’ve taken all responsibility away from her so I don’t understand what we’re paying her for? It’s impossible to get a parking pass. We should have two parking passes each and a guest parking area. There’s plenty of room for it. During the hurricane or Anytime they never send out emails regarding what needs to be done. Keeping us informed Dianne Bergen is the worst. Do not ever hire her for your property. She’s lazy and unresponsive. They allow the board to control the elections. Who knows what’s going on with our budget even though I asked for a copy of it three different ways. I’ve received nothing in four months.

They interpreted the condo docs as giving the owners, the same rules as the renters they won’t allow us to have any guest if we aren’t there or they’ll tow their car. So my son can’t even stay on the weekends here. Like someone telling you who you can and can have in your condo? And there’s nothing in the condo docs that say that this is a rule for owners.

Go to First Service they are very professional. I can’t believe someone on here said they did not have a full-time property manager with 340 units. That’s insane. Run run run from this company. Completely incompetent and don’t care about the owners.

I am working with them on a generator installation for my property and they are a dream to work with. Love them and love their support. Great company, but more importantly, great ladies! They rock!
