Not a good experience. 4 years invested...almost 500k invested, recieved a 3% return on one account, and a little over 5% on the other. Encouraged us to take out an SBLOC Loan at a "variable" rate which was secured by the account that only made 3%, while interest rates rose to over 8% for the loan. No yearly reviews...just emailed statements. And charged for everything. Even a simple task of printing an "estimated tax form" cost $250.00 - I just started paying it myself directly with the IRS for FREE. Fees are very high. Service and returns are very low. Suprise Tax bills and having to point out many errors on tax returns. I do not recommend.

This place is a joke! Actual invoice amount is at least 3 times the initial quote. Meetings often got cancelled last minute. Not responsive to client's email/phone call. No proactive tax planning or strategizing besides getting tax returns prepared (with major mistakes). Ben will sell you wealth management as soon as you get your foot in the door. Avoid at all cost!
