I purchased a couch a while back from Jordans Furniture, after being convinced by the representative selling me the couch that an insurance plan would be worth it, I purchased the plan through Protectall insurance company on 2/2022

I had a qualifying incident when something made a couple small holes in the leather, i followed the procedure and waited for someone to contact me. I was never contacted; I had to call their customer service and was disconnected multiple times while trying to speak to a supervisor.

I am very disappointed by not only the lack of communication and service. After finally reaching a supervisor, I was told there was nothing she could do, and she had to send my information over to her supervisor and they would reach back out over the next 72 hours.

insurance cancelled. The person who answered the call said she
would not be back until 7/20/23. When they did the paperwork
they used 7/20/23 rather than 6/30/23. I emailed and let them
know and they corrected the paperwork immediately changing
the correct amount that should have been sent to me. They were very timely in getting it done and so appreciated.
