Positively the very last name you should think of when considering property management! I've had to file formal complaints with both Houston Apt.Assoc.& Texas Apt.Assoc., hoping to cause management to take action. Once they acquire a property, all they do is collect the rent. They must be called several times, by several residents to maintain the property(no landscaping for 1st 2.5 mos.they took over!), not to mention they allow drug-dealing residents, who do NOT pay rent, to continue staying @ the property, preferring instead to endanger the other residents by filing through the court system for an eviction. Really? Apparently their style of "management" includes complete disregard for resident safety & security. I will be sure that I do NOT rent from ANY of their properties in the future & look forward to ending my lease. Well, that is, if I survive living beneath a drug dealer & his constant traffic of buyers all hours of the night...since my property manager does not seem to care about my safety, or anyone else in the complex. What a joke these people are!
