Just got off the phone with Aaron from their tech support team. Absolutely amazing! Knowledgeable,confident concise and friendly as if the it wasn't enough. They don’t pick up when you call also need to call to renew your account after you cancel. Additionally they won’t let my wife have her own account because we share a house hold. I’d recommend deal machine

The phone numbers given for skip tracing are rarely ever correct. The marketing such as mailers is a scam. You pay , they get published by an unknown 3rd party company and PropStream wipes their hands clean. No tracking of mailers provided , they were never sent on 2 occasions & refuse to just credit me back on what was paid. The supervisor I was emailing with went ahead and canceled my account for me because of this. Someone else deserves my monthly subscription, terrible customer service. Never had anything like this can not recommend them less.

I used PropStream, it was intuitive and easy to use, and provides TONS of data. Then I purchased a property and called PropStream to cancel. Within 2 minutes I was off the phone, plan cancelled, my last month's payment refunded - no sales pitch, just a super nice customer service gal named Laura who took care of everything with no questions asked. I will sign up again next time I'm looking to purchase a property!

Their customer support is no good at all. I work as a VA for my Client and only asked for a general question. But their customer support Adriana and Destiny keep on saying that I should be on the account. I was simply asking how to filter FSBO. I don't ask them to pull up the account. My concern was not an account issue!!!
