We had a month to month lease with this company and when giving 2 months warning that we are moving out they said no we were on a year lease and it ended in February it was to late we already accepted the offer at the new place so we moved a month later after giving notice and they said that's fine you can leave you still have to pay the last month. So we did. While at the new place the water pipe broke at the old place and flooded basement, now they wanna charge us $4000 for damages of the apartment but yet their beams to "hold" up the whole up stairs floors were cracked or not even nailed in the correct mold under sink and near dishwasher toilet would leak thru the pipes after flushes and the pipe was in the middle of the basement room so you can see and smell the water being flushed. They said they replaced the carpet but when the flood happened the flooring company said there were roaches and mice poop that have been there for a while even their maintenance man agrees to all the damages but says they hook me up with my place and let me have a deer for a pet so I can't complain.

I lived at 1410 13th street and I can’t honestly put no stars on this property but I have to in order to post my review so I have them one star I honestly would not recommend this property management to anyone! They are so ridiculous and unprofessional I had my walk through 9/27 and was giving a chance to finish cleaning until 10/01 how they wanted it to be cleaned and I thought I did what they asked I felt proud of my self I went overboard so I thought I Evan got the carpet professionally carpet cleaned and they still complained about stains on the carpet I was also charged for cobwebs and dead spiders when I moved out a month before them doing the final walk through when I moved in there were spiders and cobwebs in the rooms we had to spray so many times so they would stay away but who takes a month to do a final walk through they also said that there were few spots that needed to be cleaned on the stove which I cleaned four times how many times should we have cleaned an apartment that I already moved out of on 8/29 I was only moving my things out I wasn’t staying there for the month of September it only took me two or three days to move my things I only took the whole month to make sure the cleaning was correct and yet they still made me feel like I didn’t do a good job they also charge me an additional fee for light and gas separate from me paying the light company and gas company they complained about the littlest things but yet still charged an arm and leg I will never be renting from this management ever again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! Be careful they like to scam and make it seem like your bad tenant when in fact your not Im a single mother just tryna get by and they decided to leave me with 300 from my deposit when I know in fact that apartment was cleaned way more then the last tenant that lived there before me they complained so much on how the last tenants left the apartment so disgusting and destroyed. I can only imagine what they thought dirtiness and property damage they were talking about. for them to complain about spots needed to be cleaned when they took a whole month to do the last final walk-through.

If you are looking for a slumlord and absolutely want to pay way too much to live in a run-down, unmaintained dump and feel ghetto you have come to the right place. They will treat you like dirt and you will pay a large amount of money for them to do so. Welcome to the worst "property management" company in the Greeley/ Evans area.

Property technica is the worst place to rent from. We had only been in our place 10 days before my child began getting bit up... Comes to find out the place was infested with bed bugs. Took them 7 days to figure something out meanwhile we are staying a hotel after paying 1400 dollars to move into this new place. Then comes winter and my heater going out every week. Instead of replacing the heater they would just come relight it and tell me not to shut it off. By the time spring came my heater finally got fixed. Then came the flooding. I had septic water in my kitchen and I got blamed for using wipes and flushing them... Then they changed my blinds without me asking them to and charged me for them!! Then came more flooding and nothing was done. They just pulled up a couple floor boards. Then came the fly infestation which i am currently waiting on a call back because the landlord doesn't know how to reapond in a timely manner. I was told IF there was anything they could do it would cost money!!! So here i am a week later flies all over my stuff the place smells horrible and nothing has been done! Slumlords if you ask me!!!

Dont rent from these people!!! One of the worst property companies I’ve rented with. Ive left two long reviews already explaining how these people are slumlords etc. but they took them down. Save yourself and avoid. Isure do wish i did and much more people who have already left reviews. As of writing there is only 11 reviews so they definitely have been removing alot
