It has been a pleasure working with PUPM, they really are amazing. After a maintenance request, Jam reached out to me. Making sure that everything went well and was repaired. Jam was absolutely professional and courteous.The maintenance team has all been amazing. Also Bob, who always seems to help us in every way. Bob has handled situations where he goes above and beyond.

Had a leak in my basement and the maintenance tech Darren was fantastic. Did a great job fixing the leak. Also Faye was fantastic also. Calling the water company and making sure they turned my water back on and making sure I was taken care of. Both were great! Thank you both. 5 stars
