This is the worst insurance company to have, I highly recommend not even bothering with this company. I made a claim about vandalism to my vehicle and everything was fine up until it was time for payment. The insurance company authorized certain work to get done and now they are saying no we didn't authorize it. What's the purpose of insurance if they are not going to cover the damage. They keep telling me that this is the dealerships fault. If a substance was put into a gas tank like Drano and it was ran through the car because the car was started my insurance should cover all of the issues that came along with it.. I pay good money for full coverage but yet they don't cover the problems. This place is not for the people they are for themselves and ripping us who pay them off just to put extra money in their pockets.. I will be taking this to a attorney and also the news!!

This is 1 of the WORST Insurance company out today!!! When their not honoring their insurance package their ALWAYS in your bank account!! A rock flew and hit my windshield on the highway & I called my insurance company to get it fixed their reply was even with FULL COVERAGE my windshield was not covered gave me the run around then they hit u with extra fees!!!!!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE COMPANY STATE FARM INSURANCE IS BETTER!!!!!!!

Needed to use road side assistance and waited 9 hours for the hopes of a tow truck, after the countless "we're doing our best to locate someone." I ended up out sourcing to a 3rd party company, was able to get picked up and taken to my destination within an hour. I hope no-one else gets stranded in the need of a tow. To add onto it the 3rd party tow company I called told me progressive was not out sourcing for any help as it would never of taken that long.... not to mention ended up saving $100. AVOID

Increase my rates every 6 months. No tickets or accidents, no claims. I’ve had Progressive for a year and my rates have gone up 66.17%. I call in and they blame inflation…inflation is not 66%, it’s 5-8%. The best they can do to save $10 a month is increase my deductibles by 50%. Scam company.
