I spoke to Roxanne Trujillo. She was extremely professional and helpful. She treated me with patience and respect. I’m so grateful she helped me with this matter because I was unaware I had a balance and I was confused and scared, but she helped me so much! Everything was taken care of now so I don’t have to worry. I would give her six stars if I could! Thank you Roxanne! 🙂

Even though they are a debt collectors, they are very good to work with. They listened to me and did not talk down to me or argue with me saying that I had to sell my house and live on the street just to pay them off. She was very pleasant, polite and willing to help me make a payment plan that I could live with. Just so everyone knows it was Jessika who helped me she was awesome and so helpful.

It's difficult to stay on top of everything sometimes and once in a while a bill will fall through the cracks, BUT customer service representatives like JANEL make it a very pleasant experience to be green once again! She is EXCEPTIONALLY kind, very knowledgeable, and explained ALL my opinions. Trust me, there are options you do not know about and she was kind enough to share them all. The operator named Barb was truly great! She was able to help with all my questions and then some. Barb noted the mistake of not having my insurance information and group number on file and gave me step by step instructions. She effectively followed up that concern by rectifying the outstanding debt that should have been billed thru my insurance company. Above & beyond her responsibility, she made sure I had dates & $ amounts for each rendered
procedure, including another bill from 3 years ago that I thought had been processed & paid but actually was still outstanding. The 4 stars is for the error of dealing with this office, not because of the
service I received when I called in.
