Seminole Isle is lucky to have Juan Ordoñez as our Manager and Kelli McCan as our Assistant-Manager! They are the best! Juan and Kelli always respond promptly to our needs whether we have a small issue or a larger one or a simple question. They work well with our board and the property is beautifully maintained. It cannot always be easy to solve owners’ problems with patience and grace! They also help us facilitate the many activities we hold weekly at the Club.They are a wonderful team and we hope to keep them for a long time. Thank you for all you do, Juan and Kelli.

As a fairly new condo owner in Clearwater and a 30 year veteran of the property management industry myself, I am truly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication provided by PBM. It would be completely unacceptable in any company I've worked in to not return an email or phone call to a tenant or resident within 24-48 hours. I would think that standard would be all the much more for a unit owner. After the recent storm, Milton, I had a water intrusion issue and the property manager is to be our first point of contact. I reached out 4 times via email and once by phone and this person could not see fit to once contact me about my concerns. I am very unhappy to be contributing to this person's salary. Completely unacceptable. I certainly hope we will look into a change in management.

Poor communication and service. Our community paid to have all our units painted over the summer. Many of us opted in to have our lanais painted as well. When we returned to our unit this Fall, our lanai was untouched. I contacted PBM to make this right and so far, 2 weeks later, nothing has been communicated to corrected.

We are so fortunate to have both Kelli and Juan here at Seminole Isle. Kelli is willing to help everyone with any issue that may arise. She has fantastic interpersonal skills. Juan is able to negotiate work and get the best prices, as well as using our own staff to do many projects. He makes himself available at all hours of the day and night and is very responsive to issues as they arise. They both help to make Seminole Isle the great community that it is!

My experience with Jennifer Shaw has been absolutely outstanding. She is by far the best representative I have dealt with at PBM.
